Come network and mingle at the upcoming Stockyards Business Networking Mixer on Wednesday, June 12, 2019 from 5:30PM – 7:30PM at the Western Heritage Center. Jim Austin Online presents the Stockyards Business Networking Mixer with special guests, Dionne Anglin and Russell Maryland. The Western Heritage Center is located at 2029 N. Main Street, Fort Worth, TX 76164.
Born and raised in Fort Worth, Anglin’s career as a journalist has taken her from television stations in Tallahassee, New Orleans, Sacramento and San Francisco as well as a brief stint in San Antonio. Along the way, she’s chased hurricanes and politicians, covered crime and corruption, not to mention done her share of grand openings and parades. Nowadays, she’s doing more of the same, but in the place where it all began – at KDFW FOX 4. The sensational part of it all, according to Dionne, is that she gets the awesome opportunity to share the personal stories of many incredible North Texans.
As a former defensive tackle in the NFL, Maryland played ten seasons for the Dallas Cowboys, Oakland Raiders and Green Bay Packers. He was drafted first overall in the 1991 NFL Draft. Maryland started as a rookie defensive tackle and from the beginning showed the relentless motor and effort that he would be known for. He was especially stout against the run and helped the Cowboys win three Super Bowls. In 1993, he was named to the Pro Bowl.
The networking mixer event is free. Cash bar available. Sponsorships available. RSVP online now!
